Talkatoo not staying on top of Remote Desktop (Windows)

Sometimes when remoting into a server using Microsoft Remote Desktop in full screen, you'll see Talkatoo is not staying on top.  This is because of Windows trying to put both applications on top of everything else, including each other, but there is an easy workaround.  

Usually we see this happen after you had to minimize the remote window to access something on the local computer and when you go back to the server, you can no longer see Talkatoo.  If this happens, simply 'restore' (the middle button) 

the remote desktop window, then move or wiggle Talkatoo, by clicking in the white are and moving it around.  Then when you maximize your remote desktop again, Talkatoo will stay on top.  See the video below for an example.
