Talkatoo Credits
Credits are a consumable resource used for certain premium features.
Starting Feb 18th, we will be introducing Credits, which are a form of payment for some features above and beyond the subscription costs. Credits will be set to automatically refill so you never lose access to the services you need.
At this time, credits will be applied to the following tasks:
- 1 Credit for each text message in an Auto Follow-up sequence (All Users)
- 3 Credits/Minute for each Call Summary call made (*FOR SUPPORT USERS ONLY)
* Paid Legacy and Ultimate Users are not charged for Calls, only free Support Users on Ultimate subscriptions are charged credits for calls.
Credits and related settings are subscription wide. That means disabling one of the features will prevent anyone from using them.
Anyone on the subscription with the Billing permission can add credits or modify the top-up settings.
How much are Credits?
Credits cost $.09 (9 cents) USD.
They are able to be purchased in buckets of 200 ($18), 500 ($45) or 1000 ($90).
Default Settings
Whether you had an existing account before February 18th, or signed up after, there will be certain default settings for your subscription. These settings can be modified at https://app.talkatoo.com/credits or by clicking the Credits tab while logged into the portal.
- Automatic refills are turned ON to ensure continuity of service
- Once your balance drops below 75 credits, it will automatically purchase the minimum amount (200/$18).
- All features (Call Summary and Auto Follow-Up) are enabled and allowed to use credits.
- You will start out with 100 free credits.
FAQ
- If you do not want credits to be purchased automatically, you can disable this by going to https://app.talkatoo.com/credits. You can still purchase them manually and use the features.
- If you run out of credits while on a call, it will not cut it off - it will put your balance temporarily in the negative.
- Credits in other currencies work out approximately as follows:
CAD: 0.12
AUD: 0.12
GBP: 0.06
