Medical History
Upload PDFs, word documents, text files or even images, and we will generate a summary.
This feature allows you to upload any medical documents to generate a summary, or with one extra step, use any of your templates. This is very useful for charts and notes from other clinics, paper records or anything else you might need to summarize.
How it Works
If the feature is available to your subscription, you will see Medical History on the left side of your toolbar, just under Inbox

In there, you can select the files you want to upload, or drag and drop it onto the page, then click Generate.

It will usually take a minute or two to generate, though sometimes a bit more based on the size of the documents, and then you can view it in your note Inbox, like any other note.
The summary template is not customizable at this time, but you can edit the generated note like you would any other note by clicking into it and editing the text directly.
You can also choose to regenerate that document as a different type of note, including all of the default templates and any custom notes you've created with this dropdown.

Limitations
Please note that this feature is only available to Ultimate plan subscribers.
It was unintentionally released to all users for a short time, and we apologize to our users on the legacy plans who had gotten used to it.
You can upgrade to the ultimate plan on the Subscription tab of the portal, or by going to https://app.talkatoo.com/subscription.
In addition to the Medical History feature, the Ultimate plan also gives you access to free Support Seats. This allows you to invite people to record their own notes, access and add to notes, as well as make a limited number of Call Summary calls.
