Can I download the audio recording?

Sometimes it's necessary to have a copy of the recording of a Note recording or a Call Summary call, and you can now download this from the portal. 

1. Navigate to the Talkatoo Web Portal (https://app.talkatoo.com)

2. Open a Note or Call Summary from the inbox
3. Click Show Transcript at the bottom, where you play the audio
   1. On a mobile browser, it looks like this:
      
4. On the bottom left corner is a new Download Audio button which when clicked will automatically download the audio recording as a .wav file, a standard type of audio file playable by default on any Windows or Mac computer, as well as Android or iOS device. .
   
   

This is only available through the Portal, not the desktop or mobile apps.
